Refund policy

Returning your items

Items must be unworn or unused, with tags attached, in their original packaging and in the same condition you received them.

To request a return, email support@suitbae.com.

Exchanges

For the quickest exchange, return your original item and place a separate order for the replacement. Your original purchase will be refunded once the return has been received and checked.

Refunds

We inspect all returned items. If they meet the conditions above, we usually process your refund within three working days of receiving your return.

This online returns policy does not apply to purchases made in-store.
