Refund policy

Returns
For online sales only, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. After we have received the item back, we will usually process your refund within 3 working days.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item. A refund will then be processed for the original item.

Refunds
We inspect all returns to ensure they are unworn or unused, and with tags in place. Provided the item is returned in its original condition, we will process your refund within three working days. This does not apply if the suit was bought in-store.
