Size Guide
Find Your SUITBAE Size
Our suits are designed to be mixed and matched, so you can select separate jacket, waistcoat and trouser sizes for a better overall fit. Measure your chest, the widest part of your stomach and consider your usual jeans or chino size before choosing.
Use the widest part of your body as your starting point
Your chest measurement alone may not give the correct result. If your stomach is wider than your chest, this needs to be considered when choosing your jacket and waistcoat.
Most men need different sizes across their jacket, waistcoat and trousers. With SUITBAE, you can choose each item separately.
Selected suits are available up to a 58-inch chest and 52-inch trouser waist.
Measure Your Chest
Wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your chest, underneath your arms. Keep the tape level and comfortably fitted without pulling it tight.
Measure Your Stomach
Measure around the widest part of your stomach without pulling your stomach in. If this measurement is larger than your chest, it must be considered when choosing your jacket and waistcoat.
Check Your Jeans or Chino Size
Check the size of jeans or chinos that currently fit you comfortably. For SUITBAE suit trousers, we recommend choosing one size larger than your normal jeans or chino size.
Choose Separate Sizes
Choose your jacket, waistcoat and trouser sizes separately. Do not assume that all three pieces need to be the same labelled size.
Jacket and Waistcoat Size Guide
Your chest measurement is the starting point for your jacket size. However, if your stomach is wider than your chest, you may need a larger waistcoat or jacket to fit comfortably around your middle. The jacket shoulders should still sit correctly, and men with a larger stomach may achieve the best fit by wearing the jacket open.

Trouser Size Guide
SUITBAE suit trousers generally fit smaller than everyday jeans or chinos. We recommend choosing one size larger than the jeans or chinos that currently fit you comfortably.

- The jacket shoulders should finish close to the edge of your natural shoulders without overhanging.
- Your jacket should sit smoothly across the upper back without strong pulling or horizontal creases.

- The waistcoat should sit close to the body but should not pull heavily around the buttons.
