Wedding stock moves incredibly quickly, especially in peak season. Coming in early gives you the best choice of styles, colours, and sizes. We don't want to disappoint!
Choose your suits & receive your offer
The groom chooses his suit first. Once that decision is made, we prepare a written SUITBAE wedding party offer covering Suits, Shirts, Brogues, and Tie Sets for the full group.
Pay 50% to secure the order
A 50% payment secures your chosen styles, sizes, and pricing. Your order is then reserved for your wedding date, and a space on our wedding party rail is assigned to you. Most suit stores will ask for full payment upfront, we only ask for half!
Receive a one-month collection date
We give you a collection date around one month ahead. This sets a clear window for every member of the party to come in for their fitting.
Send your groomsmen in before the collection date
Party members can visit individually — this is our preferred approach. We already have the groom’s choices logged on our system, so each person can be matched to the correct style, colour, and accessories.
Collection — suits steamed, altered and ready to go
On the agreed collection date, your suits are steamed, pressed, altered where needed, and packed with a hanger and travel bag, ready for the big day. This is when we also collect the final payment for your wedding party.

Group fittings are available when needed — for example, if your party is travelling in together or on a tight schedule. Walk-ins are welcome, but for groups of four or more, giving us notice allows us to prepare size ranges and rails in advance.
We fit groups on the shop floor, pulling jackets, waistcoats, and trousers in real time. It’s efficient and straightforward, while still giving each person proper attention and the service we are known for.
Group Fitting Process (If You Choose to Come Together)
1. Initial Discussion
We start by discussing the needs of your group. We’ll show you the styles that work for the full party based on the shapes and sizes of the people in your group. There’s no benefit in trying on suits that won’t fit everyone — we focus only on realistic options.
2. Fitting the First Person
We fit one member of your party first with a maximum of two people fitted before payment. Once you’re happy with the style, colour, and overall look, we move forward with that choice.
3. Your Multibuy Offer
A written SUITBAE multibuy offer is provided, clearly showing the full price for your group. If there is at least half of your party being fitted, we will expect full payment.
4. Accepting the Offer
Once you accept the offer, we begin fitting the rest of the party.

A SUITBAE offer is a commitment on both sides. Once accepted, we are fully obligated to fulfil the order professionally and in full. Our priority is ensuring your group looks their best for the event.
Collection Date & Individual Fittings
After the multibuy offer is accepted, a collection date will be agreed with you. This sets the timeframe for each member of your group to come in for their fitting.
Party members can attend individually or as a group — they simply give us the party name upon arrival and we take it from there.
Typical collection window:
From 2 days to 1 month from the moment the multibuy offer is accepted. The 1 month timeframe is a hard deadline, so we can ensure that we can provide the correct sizes and we can ensure stock is reserved for you.
If someone cannot attend in person in that timeframe, you can provide us with their contact number. We will speak to them directly, gather information, and hold their suit aside. Any needed alterations can be completed closer to the event.
Important: Our offers are based on current stock and pricing, so moving quickly is essential to secure your chosen styles in the sizes that fit you best.
Collection & Final Checks
On the agreed collection date, the main customer collects the full order and pays the remaining balance. Suits can then be distributed to your group.
If any member has an issue after trying the suit at home, they can return to us and we will put it right. Our goal is that everyone feels confident and comfortable on the day.
FAQ: What If Someone Gains or Loses Weight?
Many customers buy their suits well in advance; sometimes a year ahead to secure the style they want.
If a party member’s body shape changes before the event, they can try it on at home and return the suit one month before the wedding:
- If the suit is unworn and unaltered, we can exchange it for another size.
- If the suit has been discontinued, we will carry out alterations to ensure it fits correctly.
